Winter 2012 Schedule:
Location: All classes are located in the lower level of Franklin’s Inn, in Sherwood Park. Address is #2, 2016 Sherwood Drive. If you enter the parking lot off of Granada Blvd and enter the north doors (one with sign on it), Sunshine Park Fitness is located just down the ramp to the right.
Registration: To register in any of the following classes and to hold a spot in the class – please email Tracy From at tracyfrom@gmail.com or call 780-660-2836. Register early as classes fill up quick.
Payment: (Cash or cheque to Sunshine Park) and Waiver Form can be brought to first class.
Classes:
- 10 week fitness programs starting the week of January 9th!
- 1 class for 10 weeks = $100
Monday (With Tracy) – Starts January 9th (class will still run on Family Day Monday)
- 6:00pm-7:00pm – MAT & STABILITY BALL PILATES – beginner/intermediate mat/stability ball and small equipment (bands, bender balls, pilates rings, tubing, weighted pilates balls). Participants must bring a 55cm stability ball to class.
- 7:15-8:15pm – ZUMBA TONING ® (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more; use of toning sticks) FULL
Tuesday (With Kerri) – Starts January 10th
- 6:30pm-7:30pm- ZUMBA FITNESS ® (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more) FULL
- 7:35pm-8:00pm – PURE CORE ABS – 25min of abs, abs, and more abs. Add it after zumba for only $35. Class on its own for $45.
Wednesday (With Tracy)- Starts January 11th
- 6-7pm- ZUMBA ® … PLUS MORE! – a class with 40 min of zumba, 10min of strength/balance, and 10min of abs FULL
- 7:15pm-8:15pm – ZUMBA TONING ® (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more; use of toning sticks) FULL
Thursday (With Tracy) – Starts January 12th
- 6-7pm – ZUMBA FITNESS ® plus abs – (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more) FULL
- 7:05pm-7:30pm – PURE CORE ABS – 25min of abs, abs, and more abs. Add it after zumba or before bootcamp for only $35. Class on its own for $45.
- 7:35pm-8:35pm – BUNS & BELLIES BOOTCAMP – a higher intensity class designed to push, tone, work the body – full body, with extra focus on the buns and bellies. A workout with cardio and strength components with use of weights, body bars, medicine balls, kettle bells, agility ladder, bosu ball, glidders etc) FULL
Saturday (With Tracy) – Starts January 14th
- 9am-10am – ZUMBA TONING ® (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more)
- 10:05am-10:30am – Pure Core Abs
