- Unlimited Monthly: $135. Attend at least 10 classes in the month and the rest are FREE!
- Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Winter Schedule – Jan 15 to Mar 22
MONDAYS – Starting Jan 15
- 6pm-7pm – Pilates: Mat, Stability Ball & Small Equipment with Tracy. This is a mat-based class done in bare feet that will focus on strengthening all the muscles involved in good posture – so pretty much everything! Work on balance, abdominal strength, spine mobility and more! (10 week session for $130)
- 7pm-8pm – Zumba® Toning with Tracy. Latin-inspired cardio dance fitness class with weighted toning sticks, gliders, weights or bands. Dance to different styles of music that will make burn tons of calories without even noticing it! No dance experience needed or even coordination. Come to move, come to sweat and have some fun! (10 week session for $130)
TUESDAYS – Starting Jan 16
- 6pm-7pm – Zumba® Fitness with Kerri. Latin-inspired cardio dance fitness class with awesome music that will make burn tons of calories without even noticing it! No dance experience needed or even coordination. Come to move, come to sweat and have some fun! (10 week session for $130)
- 7pm-8pm – Body Blast (Please contact Carey 780-819-9859 to register – $13 drop in for any registered Sunshine Park Fitness participants or $15 drop in for new participants by cash only to Carey). This class provides the variety your body needs to see results by combining cardio with specific muscle conditioning that will be tailored to the class’s needs from week to week. This is a great time to enjoy the music and feel the burn!
WEDNESDAYS – Starting Jan 17
- 6pm-7pm – Cardio Ballet & Toning with Surfset Blend. Enjoy a mix of ballet inspired moves blended with cardio to get a full body workout. Class will be combined with Surfset boards for an added challenge for your balance and core strengthening.

- 7pm-8pm – Candlelight Yang Yin Yoga. Come enjoy the heated movement of yang yoga postures to the calming still poses of yin yoga to get a full body stretch and relaxation.

THURSDAYS – Starts Jan 18
- 7:15pm-8:15pm – Buns & Bellies Bootcamp with Anna. This class combines cardio and weight training to provide a full body workout. High intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits, tabata, CrossFit and AMRAP aspects will be incorporated into this class to provide a great fat burning workout. All fitness levels welcome. (10 week session for $130)
SATURDAYS – Starts Jan 20
- 8am-9am – Total Body Conditioning (Please contact Carey 780-819-9859 to register – $13 drop in for any registered Sunshine Park Fitness participants or $15 drop in for new participants by cash only to Carey). This class will focus on all the muscle groups, while increasing your cardiovascular endurance. We will focus on strengthening all areas of the body by incorporating strength training, circuits, interval training, moveball and much more!
- 9:15am-10:15am – Dance Fit & Fun Fit Kids – ages 3-13. Calling all kids who want to come have fun! We will try different styles of dance including zumba/jazz/ballet, learn some acro moves, work on flexibility and yoga, try some obstacle courses and more!
8 weeks for $100. No class Feb 17.
